Application and Consumption

It is generally applied by absorbing the wall with a brush or roller. The best results are obtained by making circular movements with the stiff bristle brush. Under normal conditions, a perfect result is obtained with a consumption of approximately 200-250 gr/m² in one coat. However, on very problematic, eroded, highly absorbent soils (this includes gypsum or fully quicklime plastered floors). A second coat will help you achieve a healthier floor. Moistening the floor by sprinkling water before applying the walls that are heated by the sun or for any other reason allows for a healthier application. A consumption of 200-250 gr / m² per m² is foreseen.

Packaging and Storage

Izowhite® Wizalator® is never a stand-alone insulation material. However, it is a very good fixing primer. It is offered for sale in 20 kg and 5 kg buckets. Never dilute it with water or any other liquid. Mixing water into the product deteriorates its structure and reduces its performance. Store away from direct sunlight.

Application and Consumption

The application surface should be clean, sound, free of all kinds of oil, rust, cement residues and dirt that prevent adhesion. Before starting the application, large pores and cracks should be filled with repair mortar. The surface should be moistened and kept moist during application. After the first layer of Izowhite® Powercon® is applied, areas suitable for cracking such as sharp ends, horizontal and vertical joints should be rounded off with repair mortar or chamfer tape and a second layer of Izowhite® Powercon® should be applied on this chamfer.

Izowhite® Powercon® liquid B component is placed in a clean container and powder A component is slowly added under a low speed mixer and mixed until a homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained (approximately 3-5 minutes). The prepared mixture should be applied with a brush in two or three layers, with the application direction of each layer perpendicular to each other. Each coat should be applied while the previous coat is starting to harden. If necessary, the surface should be slightly moistened before applying the second coat. The prepared mixture should be consumed within a maximum of 2 hours. In external surface applications, the surface should be protected from sun, wind, frost and rain for the first 24 hours.

It is used by adding 5 liters to the mortar for 1 (m³) before pouring in C20 and higher dose concretes. A mixture of 1.0 – 1.5 kg/m² is used for each layer. It is recommended to apply at least 2 coats and 3 coats if necessary. Never dilute it with water or any other liquid. Store away from direct sunlight. 20 kg and 5 kg drums.

Application and Consumption

Dirty, dusty, swollen surfaces should be cleaned by scraping, cracks should be repaired with Izowhite® Powercon®.
Chamfers, parapets, siphons, chimney bottoms should be repaired and bridged with geotextile felt.
1 diffusion chimney should be used in 200 m² of terraces.
The applied area should be primed with Izowhite Wizalator insulation primer.
After the primer stage, one coat of Izowhite® Termoflex® heat and water insulation plaster is applied with a steel trowel. After the first layer is completely dry, the second layer is applied with a steel trowel and left to dry.
After the last coat dries, one coat of isowhite water cutter is applied with a roller to extend the life of the application and the process is terminated.
When Izowhite® Termoflex® heat and water insulation plaster is applied in two layers, a consumption of 4 – 4.5 kg/m² should be foreseen depending on the ground conditions.

Izowhite® WhiteCup® is an exterior paint and a very good waterproofing material.

Application and Consumption

Dirty, dusty, swollen and old painted surfaces should be scraped and cleaned thoroughly and primed with a coat of isowhite wizalator primer. In previous existing applications of old buildings, cracks, if any, should be filled with cement group fillers prepared using Izowhite® Powercon® instead of water. For the first time, it should be applied with a mineral-based, non-dusting raw plaster with very little absorbency, waiting for it to be applied.

During the application, Izowhite® WhiteCup® exterior paint should not be thinned in any way with water or a different liquid, it should be mixed thoroughly with the help of a packaging mixer before use.
